Helping our youth build a foundation for lasting wealth
The EYE Financial Literacy Program is a five-year commitment that gives students the practical skills they need for budgeting, investing, and wealth building. We are here to make sure the next generation has the tools and confidence to take full control of their financial future.

A Five-Year Plan for Real Wealth
Building a foundation from 8th grade through graduation.
The Empowering Youth Economics (EYE) program is more than just a class. It is a five-year commitment to Black youth across Colorado. We start working with students in the 8th grade and stay with them through high school graduation to ensure they truly understand how to budget, save, and invest for the long term. Our goal is to make sure every graduate has the confidence and business sense to secure their own future and help their community thrive.

Guidance from People Who Have Been There
Real mentorship that goes beyond the classroom.
We live by the idea that when one of us succeeds, we all succeed. Through the EYE program, we pair students with experienced professionals and entrepreneurs who have already walked the path. These are real relationships where mentors share practical career advice and leadership lessons. By connecting our youth with established leaders in the community, we give them a clear roadmap for what is possible and the confidence to lead.

The Tools to Succeed
Making sure technology is never a barrier.
No student should fall behind just because they do not have a computer or a reliable internet connection. As part of our 2028 Project, we provide participants with free laptops, technology stipends, and the support they need to stay connected. By taking these costs off their plates, we allow our students to focus entirely on their growth. We are helping them move away from financial uncertainty toward a legacy of success that will last for generations.
